This morning was dominated by grey skies, grey seas and strong south-westerly winds. Large numbers of Razorbills and Guillemots were moving south with several large flocks sitting close inshore. High numbers of Gannets, Kittiwakes and Fulmars soared into the winds and a Curlew and several Cormorants also flew south. a single Common Scoter was new for the year. On the sea there were at least 4 Red-throated Divers in winter plumage.
